Is it better to use YouTube and other English learning materials in addition to streaming them to input information?(Early input period)

Mea (pseudonym) (2-year-old girl, 4-month-old girl)
Home English Method and Duration DWE/3 months
[Initiatives and current status]
The PA, SA, and SP are kept flowing for about 3 to 4 hours a day.

[Questions and Consultations]
I'd like to ask about the flow.
My child is still in the input period, but would it be a good idea to have him watch YouTube and other English learning materials as well?
Or is it okay to only use DWE materials for the flow-through?
I would also like to know effective ways to accumulate input.

[Respondent: Yume Mama🌸]

It's been three months since they started DWE, and their oldest child is two years old. Therefore, the input using the DWE materials that mea mama is currently using is sufficient.
It would be better for the future if you avoid showing other YouTube videos as much as possible.I think so.
Rather than trying to do too many things right now, I think it would be better for mea Mama to first take in enough information so that she can sing all 131 songs herself. This will allow her to understand how the teaching materials work and where they are connected, which will help her child to take in the information more effectively.
If you plan to send your child to kindergarten in the future, many people will give up when they hit the kindergarten hurdle, so I think you can avoid that by planning your child's life after kindergarten while also thinking about it.
I'm rooting for you! Good luck!
